Hi,
I think we will have been overpayed this year, how do they ask for the payment back?? Worried we may have to stump up a lump sum??
Cheers.

It varies.
One way is to suspend papments til overpayment is repaid, or to reduce amount paid.

I think it depends on your income and circumstances. With us we owed about £395 and they took £95 spread over 4 weeks and then have left the rest til our next award so that we weren't left struggling. Call them up and ask.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I was overpaid a full year. I asked for a payment book and spread it as long as I could.0
