    Good luck with it. High stress time for a while. If it turns out that the solicitor did inform the court that you hadn't replied and you can prove that you had replied then that should improve your chances later. Still tough now.
  • Yes filled it all in sent special post the received it today with attachment of earnings
    Shame I had to put wife’s in as its nothing to do with her had to cut back on everything now cross fingers this time will let you peep know on the outcome thanx all for your help and surpport

  • Received info back from courts.
    Today its now saying the courts as returns you APPLICATION as you have not made sufficient copies of your application and supporting documentation you will need to submit one copy for each party to be served and one copy for the court in addition you have not paid a fee of £80 or a fee remission application


    OK NOW what have I done wrong its only the one place taking me to court for the money not the other ones.
    National Debtline didn’t say anything about a £80 fee I have to pay

    Depends on whether it was a "default" judgement that the court gave.

    If it was, then it normally requires the forms and a fee to be paid, and you would be seeking a "variation".

    If not a default judgement, then you would be going for a "redetermination" instead, which is free and just needs a letter requesting it.

    Seems like the court thinks that this needs the first of those.
