what did you offer, whats on your i&e and what type of debt
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
  • sorry whats a i&e and it was a loan from when i was marrried the first time

Have you had a copy of the judgement through from the court?

    What does it say?

Or is this just the creditor telling you this?

    Also, what court? Northampton?

If so, it may be possible for it to be moved to your local court so a judge there can review the decision.

I&e is income and expenditure. It's a form that you'll normally be asked to complete when offering to repay in stages. Likely reasons for rejecting an offer would be including non-essential expenditures like satellite or cable TV, which you would be expected to cancel unless cancellation cost more than continuing until the end of a contract term, after which you'd be expected to cancel and make a higher offer from that point on.
  • i had a letter from their solicitor telling me about the forms from the court, in there was
a claim form from court which is in west London county court
    Claim No xxxxxxxx
    From TBI to me
    And response pack
I admit the full amount crossed the right boxes and fill out expenditure form

Sent it back to their solicitor recorded delivery they collected the letter I have proof of delivery from post office that they had it.
Then a week later we had a letter with Judgment for claimant from the courts telling us we have not sent any paper work back to them and now court as placed there costs on top to now
Then we sent a letter to the courts with a copy of what we sent to them and proof of collection reminding the courts of what we sent in and how much we can repay them back and waited two or more weeks. We have phoned each week what is going on with the paper work and then I phoned up the court in London asking what has happened so far and have been told that the judge refused the offer we made to them.
And now waiting the letter from the court with next steps which we are unsure what will happen next
how do we go about moving courts from london to the midlands
    Any INFO would be helpfull

Sounds like the normal dirty trick that solicitors often pull.

They tell the court that they haven't had any response from you, and apply for judgement without passing your offer on to the court.

    Happens all to often.

Really need to know specific details of what the court has ordered now?

Not entirely clear what stage things are at without the details in that letter.

In any event, it might be a good idea to give National Debtline a call Free on 0808 808 4000. They are usually good at helping with the next step.

    What did National Debtline say?

If it's a forthwith judgement made without a hearing , then you should be able to apply for a redetermination or variation hearing at your local court where they will reconsider allowing instalments.
