Hotpoint Cooker - problems

In Dec 2010 I started having problems with my hotpoint electric cooker - the fan stopped working. It was replaced and since then I have continually had problems with the fans - they keep cutting in and out as soon as you switch the oven on and they eventually burn out and blow the mother board. I've now had two new cookers (through the extended warranty insurance) and both have done exactly the same things. While technical have confirmed they have a problem with a huge batch of fans, customer services won't admit anything and I'm at my wits end. No cooking facilities is an absolute nightmare. Everytime there is a problem, I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get a service call. I've had enough - anyone got any ideas where to go from here. I've had a working cooker for less than half of 2011.
