Yes i have asked before

is anybody at the grand pasa now

we have booked for next year with thomas cook, we are trying to find out if we can pay the extra to upgrade our hold weight for the return flight home, like thomson do.

If you are there will you please ask joanne the tc rep for me if this is possible

hi. i have been to grand pasa 2 year ago.we upgraded when we booked, would thomas cook not let you do that now. one thing i would add is that dalaman airport is very strict with baggage weight, its the only airport we have ever been charged excess at and that was for one case that was only very slightly over, there was a massive queue were you pay for the excess weight.

Hello jhe,yes we could pay another £60 to upgrade over here but we don't want to do that just to take more clothes that we don't need, we have just returned from there and know we don't need them.

When we were there in july with thomsoms you could pay around £30 just for the return flight if you wanted to bring things home. So we are trying to find out if thomas cook do the same as we have never travelled with them before
