How Long Does It Take To Be Backdated?
I am on Jobseekers Allowance at the moment and I didn't sign for about 4 weeks because I was on training and they cocked up. They have sorted it out and said it will be backdated (got the letter last week) but it still hasn't been backdated yet? How long does it take?
I keep trying to ring up but its always busy.
