will my iTunes library work in France?

I'm taking my laptop (mac) to France for a month shortly. Will my iTunes library - and the radio channels - work while I am there as obviously the IP address will be different? The flat I am staying in has wifi.

All my music is on the mac. Any simple (idiot proof ) suggestions to avoid frustration would be gratefully received.

I know Spotify won't work..plus will using iTunes really burn the landlady's internet package (not sure if she has unlimited)? Can you connect to iTunes offline as I never have. Sorry if a stupid q.

itunes is 100% offline unless you either open the 'store' to download music or use the internet radio or download podcasts, and even if you click 'store' and you have no internet it just wont load.

to just listen to music you have already downloaded just open itunes and play, no internet connection is ever required.

also if you do have an internet connection you will still be able to download new music from the itunes store even while you are in france.

if you pay either £10 or £5 a month for spotify you can use it abroad aOK and if you have the free version you can only use it abroad for 14 days. http://www.spotify.com/uk/get-spotify/premium/

If you're driving on boring French autoroutes you can dowload podcasts to play on the journey via itunes or http://thebigproject.co.uk/podcasts/index.htm
Assuming your car stereo can take mp3 players.
