LLoyds TSB Driving me insane !!

Hello

I sent off complaint forms to LTSB in May, I then had the standard letter back saying they had until 22nd Sept for the one complaint, nothing for the other. So I resent the forms to the same address, still nothing. I then e-mailed them and they confirmed that they had not received the paperwork for a 2nd time, even though I had sent it to the same address where I had the confirmation from.

Do I send it a 3rd time, or is there somewhere else I can now go. I know I had PPI as they confirmed this on the phone.

Hellppppp.

I had similar problems with Lloyds, sent my complaint to them in March, then spoke to 2 Seperate people on the phone who told me it was in the backlog.

Then in may I called again to be told they had no record of it. I then registered the complaint over the phone and emailed them the completed questionnaire which they accepted.

So you could email them your complaint or if you haven't already you could send it recorded delivery.

Don't send it Recorded Delivery. If Royal Mail do not bother to record the delivery (in my experience they do not much of the time) then they have proof of non-receipt!

If, however you get proof of posting (free from the Post Office) the Financial Ombudsman Service will normally deem it to have been delivered 2 working days later.

Alternatively, if you have a fax number send it there. That way you get an instant receipt and a fax is cheaper than a stamp!
