dont tell the bride new series

I love dttb, my one question is how do they get around giving notice/ talking to the vicar for the banns. I think I have only once seen one bride go to the registry office to give notice and she realised she was having a civil ceremony not a church wedding. But a lot of the time it seems the brides dont know until they get to the ceremony venue whether they are having a church wedding or civil ceremony and I just wondered how this can be. Does anyone know??0

In the first series it was just the wedding he had to organise, but now they have to do something fab (or junk) for the stag & hen parties. It must be IMPOSSIBLE to fit all that stuff into 3 weeks!!!!0

Ive always wondered the same, how on earth do they always have the venue they want for the date, and some dont even have the full 3 weeks, as the groom doesnt get his bum into gear! And then things like flowers, photographers, cake etc! And the dresses always seem to fit, even if its not the one they chose! I cant see how someone can organise a whole wedding in 3 weeks, even with a £12k budget!!
I wonder how many brides have told the groom exactly what they want but the grooms thought stuff you, my turn and did it all his way!lol.
My least favourite bride was the one who flipped over the shoes (although they were minging) she was a spoilt brat!Ideas, help and advice always welcome, judgements and assumptions are not!!:happyhearMarrying my Mr Perfect 2013

The one last week (sky dive) was the first one I've ever seen. Probably because until I was engaged it never really appealed to me. But now i'm hooked.
I'm going to see if I can hunt old shows out on the internet somewhere :-)Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -
Dont they have to go through with the wedding as part of the contract they sign otherwise they have to pay the money back? Thats why I assumed the Vegas bride went through with the wedding as it was part of the contract even though it was clear she didn't want to go through with the wedding
Possibly - I don't know if anyone else saw the 'after the wedding' show a couple of weeks ago but there was one couple on there who had a fairly extravagant wedding (the helicopter ride and horse-drawn carriage - they were from Preston which is why I remembered them as they rejected the hotel I used to work in!), and they were only married for six months."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -
