Dont think i've recieved flight tickets

Morning guys!

I booked a holiday with teletext a few weeks ago (went into a physical shop rather than online) and they've sent me through my vouchers etc.

on the letter that came with it, it mentions tickets/ticket booklet.

I've got what are quite obviously hotel and transfer vouchers, but i cant seem to see tickets for flights.

We fly with thomson.

I've recieved a small booklet that says 'flight reconfirmation and important travel information'... again nothing about tickets.

I've read through the booklet and its just details of flights etc but nothing like a ticket.

I thought i would ask you knowledgeable people before ringing up in case i've missed something obvious!

just got back from a thomson holiday. the little booklet we got had all the booking details in the front and flight details, outband, return in the back

My dad had a look at an old one of his from a Thomson holiday that he hadnt thrown away and he had a few pages that where tear out tickets.

I've got some pages that are perforated for tearing out... but they are lists theyre pages for you to write stuff in, a 'holiday planner page'

Is there where my pull out tickets should be?

i just checked mine.the two pages that said outbound and return in my booklet are the perforated ones they tear out.on the back of my booklet it says flight tickets and travel documents enclosed with the flight number and my name

That sounds nothing like my booklet! Im sure i've got a wrong one.

Im gonna have to ring them!

I think the booklets with flight, accomodation etc 'tickets' are for packages. There is a bit about flight-only on the Thomson site http://www.thomson.co.uk/editorial/faqs/flights/tickets-and-changes.html

Dunno if they do the same for TAs booking just the flights, maybe a good idea to contact the shop - quite likely they've sold this kind of deal before.

i just rang up broadway travel who i think own teletext, and were the details i were given.

and they say all i need is my booking ref in the booklet.

they dont do the voucher tear out thing anymore apparently

Yep we've just got our thomson tickets, just a little booklet with an outbound and inbound voucher in the back.

are you flights only or have you booked a package deal with them?

yes that is correct all you need is the flight booking ref number tickets will be given on check in for the return
