Travel insurance: civil unrest and terrorism

Hi all,
Off to Morocco in October and wanting to get some comprehensive travel insurance.
Considering the current situation, are there any insurers who cover cancellation or costs to get home in case of civil unrest?
Any that cover terrorism? - that applies anywhere of course.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Ideally, insurance should be for a single trip, one couple.
