Hmm, ebay INAD against me : offered refund on return of item, but nothing yet?

It's been 11 days since I told the buyer that she can return for a full refund, but nothing. Ebay put a hold on the payment too.
How long does she have to return it to me? *sigh* It's been over a month since the end of the transaction

If it's an ebay claim I have no idea, but I would be inclined to call them and say that this is dragging on a bit and can they hurry it all along. Ugh, so useless, it doesnt say what happens if its longer than this period. I'm really miffed because the buyer purchased 2 items, INAD'd 1 of them, but ebay held payment for BOTH items. lol0
