This promotion is open to residents of ROI only, excluding employees of Robert Roberts [The Promoter], their agents, or families. Entrants under 18 yrs must obtain parental / guardian consent. An individual must use a valid mobile number to enter via SMS or online via Facebook. All competition correspondence will be via SMS.
To enter, find the last 4 digits of the barcode on either a Skips 17g or Rancheros 19g handipack and send via SMS along with either keyword SKIP or RANCH and your name to 51155 (standard network charges apply) or enter on Facebook.com/skipsireland. Every valid entry received by text or online will be entered into the next available draw.
Winners will be selected from entries between 8am – 8pm from 20th August – 1st October 2011 inclusive. Entries will be accepted from 15th August onwards, and will be included in the first draw on the 20th August. Entries received between 8.01pm – 7.59am each day will go into the first draw the following day. Entries outside of these times and dates will not be valid but may still be charged.
Sending an SMS/text message or entering details online is not proof of receipt of entering the competition. If you are entering by text/SMS an SMS confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your entry. If entering online you will receive confirmation of entry on screen. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.
The Promoter will contact finalists within 72hrs via SMS on the mobile number used to enter. They will be required to answer a question of skill before being awarded their prize. In the event that the Promoter cannot contact any winner after 7 days and taking all reasonable steps to do so it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award a prize to a substitute winner within the same draw.
Winners will be sent a unique PIN code by SMS. To redeem your phone, you must present this unique code and verify the mobile number that you entered. Winners can collect their phones at any of meteor’s 42 ROI stores, within 6 weeks of the date receiving an SMS message with their winning PIN. After 6 weeks the prize expires.
There are a maximum of 504 Samsung Galaxy Mini phones to be won during the promotion. Maximum one prize per person. Promoter reserves the right to exchange the prize item for an item of equal or greater value. No cash will be offered in lieu.
Winners names will be published on Facebook.com/skipsireland and other promotional material.
