I signed up to switch my electricity supplier to LOCO2 through the energyhelpline.com website on 5th July. They were offering a £15 cashback. I received a confirmation email the same day.
Five weeks later, after hearing nothing, I contacted LOCO2 directly. They hadn't received anything from energyhelpline.com.
I have now signed up directly with lOCO2.
So if you are waiting for a transfer that you initiated through energyhelpline.com, you might wait a long time!!

I use the comparison sites to find the best tariff but would never switch through them.
I use them to find the best deal then have a look on quidco/topcashback to see if theres any cashback on the deal I have found and then switch using the link on there.
This way you are being redirected to the actual supplier so theres less chance of anything going wrong.0
