yes, I ordered on the 4th and they were delivered (by recorded delivery) on the 8th September. I got order confirmation then a despatch email when they were shipping.
Perhaps give them a call to check the status?0 -

suggest you call them, as from initial order it was less than a week to get mine.0 -
I still have not received mine (ordered on 5th Sept). Anyone else having problems? I have had an email confirming my order but nothing else.
I have emailed the company but not heard anything back from them yet.0 -

Programme is proper waste of money. It doesn't kill the fleas, just stops them breeding. For it to work, the flea has to bite, defeats the object really.0 -

hi received this e-mail today from Nutrecare.co.uk. I use Advocate from the vet but this may be of some use to those who are finding Frontline to be no longer effective.

I had loads of problems! Ordered, didnt arrive so I e-mailed them, aparently I needed to fill in a Questionaire about the cat before they would send it to me. I hadnt recieved a questionaire by e-mail so they sent me one (two weeks had pasted at this point) Filled in form and sent back straight away. 10 days later it still hadnt arrived, oh my god talk about a nightmare. I phone customer service about 3 times who said it had been delievered and signed for, which it hadnt! Took me three days to get out of them where they aledge it had been signed for. (I know my neigbour so am 100% sure it wasnt there, plus no card in my door) After another e-mail telling Customer Services I was very dissapointed with their service and wouldnt use them again, they phoned up and offered to re-deliver to a different address next day delivery and refunded my payment.
So contact customer service by phone if you need to. Finally got mine after 4 weeks of waiting.Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0
