Yes I was with freeserve prior to switching to tiscali. I still use my freeserve email address too, if that makes any difference.

You seem to have your modem driver loaded - go to devce manager and disable this, if you don't use dialup anywhere. That may help with your wireless problem - did you post about wireless problem recently ??

If you are using MS Office and no longer MS Works, then you can remove these references too ...
