Mine doesn't, because I hold accts in both the USA and UK with HSBC premier and they do it online for free (and at a good rate).0 -

My bank which is natwest charges btw 20 and 27 pounds and their exchange rate is terrible - I am losing almost 300 dollars if i use natwestI owe £3233 @ 0%0
