Children in Crisis say Thank You for £3000 donation

Over the festive period the site pledged to donate 50 pence to Children in Crisis for each new person that signed up to the weekly email tip. The response was phenomenal, and in the end the total donation came to £3000. Furthermore, it seems that the Children in Crisis website received many new donations during the time that the campaign was running, so thanks go out to all of the other MoneySavers that donated to this great cause.

The charity, which focuses on educating the world's most vulnerable children, recently sent Martin a letter of thanks and some information about its current projects, which are in progress all over the world.

This campaign began as part of the MoneySavingExpert charitable fund, which has raised over £100,000 for good causes since it began. Find out more about the charitable fund
