Fantastic news O tightfisted one!!! well done x
I AM IN. No, I know there's no need to shout, but I like shouting
.I just got an inadvertant head start on tomorrows list, and maybe a bit more...dusted, hoovered, polished, tidied back room (LR). Have also just finished hoovering front room, hall, stairs, landing and girls room (they are very sound sleepers!!!) I will hoover my room just as soon as I've finished clearing the floordrobe (sorry, pinched that expression!), but that will have to wait until I've finished prepping the rhubarb schnapps, which is far more important:rotfl:
Back to work in the morning
, really wish I didn't have to. We've had so much fun this summer hols. girls back in school/start school on tues. Think I may cry when I see my LO in her uniform on her first day. Must, must, must finish sewing in name tapes tonight and tomorrow night.
right now I'm off to polish off a slimming world 'fry-up' as my belly thinks my throat's been cut, then to get some stuff prepped ready to throw in the slow cooker in the morning, then the schnapps, then bed with a film and...nametapes:eek:freecycler and skip diver extraordinnaire:cool:0 -

Could someone link me to toots' list? Thanks

Hello to you and the other newbies. A Toots list is a frankly depressing monster of a list of all the things you want to get done but have never actually got round to so you can actually blackmail yourself into doing some of it
. Or is that just me?
Well done JoJo, hope the quacks is ok.
WM and DW on. Dusty I would join you on the ironing but I really CBA. Jeans to work tomorrow for me.
And thankyou very much for the lists and support people! Very little time to post these days but I do lurk most weeks.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
Hi Everyone
I'm in this week -need help in getting used to being on my own again after 6 weeks with DD and her various friends.
School bag ready, uniform ready, just hoping little monkey goes to sleep soon, can hear her moving about via the baby monitor, she is out of bed so better go up and remind her about the early start tomorrow.
Bought some storage shelves from IKEA this afternoon and DP has just finished assembling them so I am looking forward to putting stuff in them tomorrow:j
JJ- well done, sounds great.

Hi i have just found this thread, our house is a tip, i am hoping this will help a lot. Does the list change from week to week, or does it just change days. Am hoping to start this week.0

Congrats JoJo and fingers crossed for tomorrow.
Not sure how much I'll be in. I barely have the energy to post, let alone do housework, but then I will need to clean up the dog hair when the dog goes, and do some laundry, clear out the spare room so it can be emptied while I'm away.... And pack for my next work trip
Take it slow greenbee, look after your self, keep hold of your spoons:)

Days change as some people lose motivation towards the end of he week.. if it stayed the same the rooms for then would never get done!
Many of the standard tasks stay the same.. the worksurfaces in the kitchen have to be cleaned weekly surely.. and the floors vacuumed.. but the other stuff changes.. seasonal jobs are in too like chimney sweeping and gardenning and christmas/spring prep.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

I'm in though we have no bathroom walls other than bare brick and the dining room is appalling. So is DD1's bedroom as there is a stack of my clothes and other assorted junk.
Back to work tomorrow, oh fab.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08
