Which Pre-paid credit card for regular USD transaction?

I'm about to subscribe to a service in the US (server hosting) that requires me to pay by credit card and doesn't accept paypal, I'll be making a regular payment every month in USD, but I don't want to use one of my existing credit cards.
Can anybody recommend a pre-paid visa or mastercard card that will allow me to top up in GBP and pay in USD without me having to pay a fortune in fees? I've had a quick look round and FairFX seems to be one of the most reputable providers out there, has anybody experienced them?

I've been reading the FairFX T&C, I'm not seeing anything about "dormancy" fees which a few other providers seem to have, any idea if you can run up a bill by not using a FairFX card?0
