Help please - sunshine in October half term with kids

Hi there
We're looking to go away for 7 nights between 19th October and 28th October (we need to be back by Saturday 29th for a wedding).
Can anybody recommend all inclusive hotels in Tenerife or Cyprus (or anywhere else where there is a very good chance of sunshine!).
We are 2 adults and 3 children (2 x 5 year olds and 1 x 7 year old).
Ideally we would want to fly out of London Gatwick but we can be flexible.
Not sure where to start looking but we have a budget of about 2.5k.
