Hi guys,
wondering if any of you had similar experiences or could help me make up my mind re what should I do.
I took a 12 month contract with Primus through Martin's email in May for £6.79 pm. Haven't had any problems with it but I will be soon moving and started to reassess my packages for landline, internet etc. Seeing as Primus is getting such a bad rep on here when it comes to moving or contacting customer serices not sure what to do.
I checked my DDs and it turns our Primus has not taken a single payment off me since May. what would be the best thing to do now cancel DD and move to o2, contact o2 and make them transfer my current no from Primus or try sticking with Primus and transferring my no to the new property?
Thank you in advance :T

You are still in contract, whether they've taken the DD's or not. Cancelling the DD or the service will doubtless lead to them noticing and they will ask for the back payment, refusal to pay will trash your credit record. No free lunch, and no free laptop
