After some good advice (hopefully) from fellow posters I ordered MS Office for my grand daughter from;

Three discs arrived, when I entered the product key, Microsoft said it was incorrect? I'm not stupid and am pretty au fait with PC's, I've emailed the supplier but as yet no reply?
Any advice/comments appreciated, thank you. omnipeta.

Call Microsoft, tell them you cannot get hold of the supplier (their site was down yesterday), explain you have important work to get on with and ask for a working key, I imagine software4students would need to ask Microsoft anyway.

• The letter Q and the number zero (0)

You could also try entering the product key here, put the dot in for personal use and then click continue
