As per title really.
Any idea what is necessary for acceptable viewing.
Same goes for PS3 Gaming.
I know my brother struggles, on catch up in a rural location, sub 1MB.

You could get youtube downloader or use the net video add on for firefox
With the catch up players, on some, if you click pause it continues to download so you can leave it on pause for a few minutes, then click play. The router will still be active if you pause it and it is still downloading it0 -
