I am new to site and not sure if I can access the help I need on here.
This is happening frequently (daily at least) on my 2 yr old laptop (Acer) 5810T. Recently I have had to close down, usually Internet Explorer, using ctrl alt delete. Can anyone advice me why this is happening and how to solve it.

which program? ie ? try updating to the latest version. better still, dump it and switch to something safe(r) -- Opera or FF or Chrome .A new abacus

Thanks, I've been running chrome instead if IE for 2 days now and the problem has not recurred.

Chrome is a much better, quicker and stable browser than IE. You'll never go back to IE now 0
