  • oh that's rubbish for you :(

i suppose if you wanted the stuff anyway it's not bad to pay £2.50 for £10 worth of stuff though? did you have any manufacturers coupons to use?

my set of blues came today so tomorrow i'm going to try doing a welshy! i've had swaps of other coupons off kind MSE'ers too, and the £5 toiletries one should arrive soon but i'll attempt the clothes shop tomorrow (using extra vouchers, see if i can pay less than £12 lol!) and do the toiletries another time, so only half a welshy for me tomorrow :D

Good luck babes, I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I have H & B to use today and hopefully will find a nice 'young man' to 'help' me through the till.

  • Quick question - the last time these vouchers were about, you couldn't use them for more than 33% of the transaction on the self-scan tills, does anyone know if this still applies? And does this apply to the total before or after BOGOF?

    Thanks!
Tesco Deals Vouchers : £1500 in deals used towards Florida 2010 honeymoon and £318 towards Wedding rings in Goldsmiths - Thanks to all Tesco points savers who helped me along the way!

    Hi

how did you get 1000 points?

    Hiya onlyoneme - I did 2 transactions and used 1 x £5 sun voucher, 2 x £2.50 vouchers, 5 x £1.00 vouchers and used 10 x 50 point vouchers for buying toiletries.

So on each transaction I gained 500 points and got 1,000 in total plus the original 20 points x 2 for buying the toiletries.

Many thanks for the new offers.

There is also a BOGOF on Always Ultra - does anyone know if feminine hygiene products count towards the £5 and £2.50 vouchers?

I've got a feeling that last time the till did not recognise them as toiletries.

OOooh I've got an extra points till spit for Always Ultra too; and yes they did work as toiletries last time, I know because I stocked up.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D
  • How often do these H & B vouchers appear in a year does anyone know?
Also the blue clothing vouchers are they the one's you get when you sign up to Tesco clothing website?
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

    Hi all
No H&B leaflets seem to be appearing in bristol this time:mad:
Found loads last time and posted some around the country to those who could not find any. Im hoping someone will return the favour this time?
If you do have some spare please pm me.
  • Did a Welshy last night too. I spent £21.06 before bogof and instead of taking off £10.53 it deducted £11.91 so in fact it only cost me £9.15 before using any vouchers.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

  • i did my half welshy this morning, on clothing only. the blue £4 off kids was refused by the till so i ended up paying £16 for my £60 shopping and i'd left my other vouchers on the table at home :o

but i needed to return most of the clothes shop i did last week with just the golds, and ended up getting back £10 more than i'd paid (because i saved £22 and only kept the £12 coat). so in theory my half welshy only cost me £6 and a free coat - well that's the way i'd like to look at it :rotfl:

i couldn't see any H&B coupons out today again, sorry to anyone who needs them. maybe they've all gone. lots of clothing coupons (gold) on the tills but no use to anyone because first class postage wouldn't get them to anyone in time to use them at the weekend before expiry.
