I'll PM a Tesco manager and ask his opinion.............I dont think there will be many on here are so niave to believe Tesco doesnt read this thread.
Personally, I think the profusion of toiletry (and clothing) vouchers is a totally deliberate ploy by Tesco. I think it is simply to do with the 'market'. Tesco can afford to lose a little profit on the sale of toiletries. By encouraging people to buy their toiletries from Tesco in this way, they can then create the statistics that more toiletries are being purchased from Tesco than Boots, for example.
Likewise, with clothing - it makes good publicity to be able to say that more clothes are being purchased from Tesco than, for example, a major clothes retailer.
Tesco aren't likely to be too concerned about a minority of shoppers who are exploiting the multiple coupon loophole. If they were the tills would have been readjusted by now. They certainly wouldn't keep re-issuing more H&B vouchers on a regular basis if they didn't have a specific agenda.
That's just my own opinion, by the way. I don't have any insider knowledge, unfortunately.0 -

Some deodorants appear (according to previous posts today) to be in either one or the other..........but Lynx wasn't mentioned.
If it is in both categories, try and get your total spend to be a near multiple of both £5 and £8, ie £16......where you could use 3 (£1.25)beauty, 3 (£1.25)toiletry and 2 x £2(off £8)..... so taking £11.50 off your £8 after bogof...........paying you £3.50 to take them away
£40 is an ideal total where u could use, 8, 8 and 5 giving a total of £30 off your £20 after bogof.....paying you £10 to take them away..........providing of course on the SA and the number of items bought.Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Just picked up several quit kits - new stock in as our tesco has been out of stock all week. The bad news is the quit kit envelope does not contain any money off coupons. !!!!0

leadhead wrote:mmmmmmmmm, Mine did today..............
Are the envelopes identical to the last lot, do they have "coupons included" on them....
Yes identical envelope - that says "includes money-off coupons". They were new stock that I took out off the box on the counter. They had not been opened and resealed.
They contain the booklet, the wall chart and the stickers - but no coupons.0 -
Don't forget that whilst your are all tescoing whether it be groceries or petrol or indeed health and beauty shopping that from tomorrow:
The Computer for schools vouchers are back - spend £10 and receive one. There are many schools out there that could benefit from these within the MSE community so even if you don't have children please take them as there are alot of schools struggling to save these up. I am sure some people on here will be very grateful.

Hiya Floflo when I phoned up Sainsburys - they said there weren't any locally including Swansea, and the majority of them were in Scotland or near London
