I would take the bars in, & hope for them to be exchanged for in date bars & your money back. For the inconvenience.
I personally would not have phoned but gone back to check the rest of the stock, the detective that I am. Then aproached them
My big worry is that Tesco's would have removed all of the out of date stock, & accuse you of bringing back bars that you bought a year ago.

Thanks Kronen. Would have gone in rather than telephoned but as it's an almost 30 mile round trip and I'd be in town twice yesterday decided against it. Will post how it goes when I go in later on in the week.

I'm still a bit confused. Do the Beauty vouchers from the Quit pack work on any toiletries then? Are there specific products to avoid?

Also, what is the £1 Tesco Mag coupon. I've got a copy of the latest Tesco mag and not come across this voucher. The copy that I've got included a couple of Tesco specific vouchers for Shreddies and something else and a non-specific voucher for Lindt chocolate. Am I missing something?!

Hiya jo-b, the beauty vouchers from the quit pack work on toiletries, I know because I have used them to purchase johnson and johnson shower gel in cojunction with other vouchers such as H&B.

The £1 tesco mag coupon is in SOME magazines. It is a one page insert which is loose inside the magazine. Interestingly, I picked up 4 mags yesterday and only 1 contained the voucher, the other 3 had the bunny voucher.

I didn't get a fix of H&B or Tescos today, but did get a free cloth bag with pens, pencils and a free energy light bulb, free bus ticket to the shops as driver was feeling generous and best of all I found an Adams clothes shop where EVERYTHING (including school uniform, trainers etc) were reduced to just £1.00 an item - top bargain !! so I stocked up.

Woo Hooo!

Just got back from my shift at the local pub and one of the regulars is a tesco employee. He told me that my local store is getting self scanners, and doing Tesco.com deliveries from march. At the mo it's getting increasingly difficult for my voucher usage, and although I don't want to take too much advantage of them,it will be great!!

And deliveries currently come from the other side of town, which means delivery slots are tricky. I'm a very happy girl.

Lets hope that there is still H & B vouchers by then.

P.S If anyone is interested this is the chesterfield store.

went to the chemist counter in tesco today and asked for the quitkit....woman on desk gave me a load and also gave me a healthcare goody bag which had a few manufactures coupons in it and loads of free stuff including a tin of beans?!?!? lol

she said they had loads as they forget to hand them out...go get em

hi, I have 4 of the £6 off a £30 spend clothing vouchers from the quit packs if anyone wants them....will send out 2 x 2 lots if you want to PM me....don't want an SAE as others have been generous to me.......
