When is the best time to look for a second hand car?
I have a decent car to part-ex(I am going to use a dealership as much less trouble) and i know it used to be after the new plate was issued(when it was once a year) but now i'm not so sure.
Do dealers have too much stock around now and want to shift or at the end of a month or end of the year etc?.When am i liely to have more choice and get a better deal?
Any info gratefully received.
