Wow, are nationwide really that bad?
I've only JUST completed an account transfer from Barclays to Nationwide. I did it because i've had enough of their foreign call centers making mistakes and Nationwide promise UK ones.
I feel I have made a mistake now though, are they really that bad?0 -
I'm just about to move back to them from Lloyds TSB. They "No longer meet my criteria". LolI spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0

Then, if everything is as you've said it is, the FOS will take great pleasure in telling Nationwide where to go. You shouldn't claim to have proof of something if you don't actually have any.
