I'd just like to say thanks to the staff in FCUK in the Belfrey Crawley for their great customer service. My wife bought me a shirt just before XMas. One wash and it shrunk just enough to make it a bit tight around the shoulders and shortening the arms.
Shirt was replaced immediatley with no questions.
