The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at www.classicfm.com apply to 'Dudamel Los Angeles' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 05.09.2011 to 02.10.2011 ("the Duration"). Winners and any accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country. The Radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation. Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
2. Driving licence: Winners must hold a valid driving licence in order to take part in this activity. Should the winner not hold a valid driving licence that enables them to take part, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
*Please note that in the event of meet-and-greet cancellation, Global Radio will not be liable.
Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time.

Weeowens was just trying to be helpful and wasn't criticising

I post quite often and still dupe some post's every now and then, I normally search the part just before .co.uk -.com or.org so in the instance above I would search for "classicfm"

the search engine is notorious for playing up and it sometimes takes some time for the search engine to index the comps posted, so even if a comp dosn't appear in the search results it could still have been posted in the first couple of pages

because of this I usually check the first two pages of comps but I still find sometimes that I have duped :mad:
