Just to add to the moneywasting comments

You should really spread your investment to minimise the risk, and possibly make a killing elsewhere...
Your and your partners combined tax free, no interest (because you are not borrowing) ISA allowance is 14K a year;)
You could weigh your investment towards property, if you feel so.
If you trust your partner, (and she trust's you)...
All you are doing by taking out more and more mortgages is paying the bank lots of money in interest. Why do that?

This is kind of what I've been getting at....but for some reason people seem to assume everyone is financially astute.......
I dunno....there are plenty of investment vehicles that right now look more attractive then property.0 -
