Getting TV sound into kitchen

Apologies if this is a dull question but...
What's the best way of sending the sound from the TV in the lounge to the kitchen? We can't get a decent DAB/FM signal, don't really want to get cabling all round the outside of the house so wondered if a 'sender' is a potential solution? Then presumably we could listen using the radio channels on Sky?!?
Would we need to use a TV in the kitchen or are there speakers we could get?

If you have a wifi network, you can buy a wifi internet radio for about £45. Or for around £60, you can get one with an ethernet connection which you could use a pair of homeplugs (an extra £40) to connect to a router (if you use one). There's love in this world for everyone. Have bought a Sky Gnome, just set it up and it works just great!!!
Another question but... we did have a magic eye that we were hoping to get working in our new place (need to get an amp fitted in the attic).
But the Sky Gnome uses the RF out on the back of our Sky box. Can you plug both the Sky Gnome and the magic eye in?!?0 -

Yes, the Gnome transmitter has a fed-through RF2 on the back of it.There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
