Finding account numbers

Hi

I am just starting my PPI claim but can't find my account numbers for my loan account. I think with moving house they've been put somewhere safe, never to be seen again.

Do you know how I could find these?

Hi Vanessa

May I ask what year you taken out the loan?

If you were still paying for the loan over the last 6 years, then banking statements should have these details, the account number of that loan should be shown next to the loan monthtly repayment.

If you bank online and still with the same bank where the loan payments were debited from, this may even allow you to go back to about 2002, or otherwise call into the branch who should check the systems for you.
