We stayed but in 2002 - no problems. For a family of 4 it was a much better option that a hotel. Was perfectly adequate - I have stayed in much worse hotels!

I stayed in the RCA in Feb/March 2006. Had no probs with the apartments at all, apartments were cleaned and sheets and towels were changed on a daily basis.

With going in late Feb/early March, it was important for rooms to be warm, which they were. Bed in apartment was comfortable and kitchen was fully equiped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

I would recomend staying in the apartments mainly for their great location, from the main entrance, times square is a two minute walk to the left and the Rockerfella Centre a minute to the right. There are also several subways lines nearby and a supermarket less than five minutes away.
