Very low mileage car
Hi,
I've found a very low mileage Ford Fiesta at around 50mi only. I'm not sure if it's an ex-demo or a wrong order, but the asked price is very much the same as the typical discounted price of a new one (according to Autoebid). Should a car with such a low mileage be expected to have the same price as a discounted new car? Afterall it's a used car. Could one expect, say, a further 10% or so shaved off?
Thanks

It's just a pre-registered car, very common. Probably in an undesirable spec / colour / etc.
If the discount isn't more than buying new, buy new.0 -
Phone the seller up and ask exactly what the story is. If it's pre registered you'll be owner number 2, not owner number one.
Treat it as buying a new car off of the forecourt, if there's nothing making it more or less desirable to you then it's just like any other car.0
