Can anyone suggest a good HD video camcorder that can pickup low lux levels (or hell even a webcam / IP camera)

I'm planning on recording my fireworks this year, so I can go back and enjoy the show and also recall the previous years to determine which ones I like

I already know some I'm buying this year as I remember them year on year...

    There are 3 Canon cameras with the lowest lux rating, they are priced in dollars and range from 450 USD to 1500 USD, wonder if they will cost the same number of GBP's

    Probably a bit huge budget since I'll only use it for short times. I might look at IP Cameras and then hook it up to my hard drive and record that way
    Alternatively I can find some expensive cameras on fleabay for cheaper
