I had a german guy message me about an item that ended a few weeks ago (BIN never sold) he wants to buy it.
Should I relist the item BIN or just request he makes a payment via paypal bypassing ebay completely?

ask them if they'd rather you went through eBay on a BIN or if they'd prefer to Paypal the money to you.0

You could potentially cost yourself more money by doing that! Just send him a PayPal invoice for the goods through the request money tab0 -
you could indeed but some people might not be too happy to randomly send people money, so you have to give the option

although i like the 'bad scheming gypsy', I'm just trying to imagine if it's possible to have a good scheming gypsy.0
