So how often do you need to use it?

Most of us have no need so it's not a concern of ours.

They are better off doing it there than some other places I could name.

Families use it all the time, day and night. It is the only viable route out of South London to Portsmouth

If there not speeding there isnt really a problem, looking at the videos one of them was just revving in low gears...however the police could always taser the drivers who have there windows down for a bit of fun lol
