Questions about refunding on Amazon as a seller

Hi,
I recently sold a textbook on Amazon, however the person I sold it to now wants to return it. I've sent her a message saying that's fine and to return it to me so I can process a refund, but I'm not sure how much to refund her- do I refund the full amount she originally paid? Does Amazon still take the £4 odd that it took as charges for selling the book?
Thanks

Once you have it back safely you can refund the full payment that you received and the fees are wiped at the same time.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
