Hi,

I started a PPI claim on my catalogue and I received a call today advising me that I case handler would like to interview me via telephone next week. Had anyone heard of this method before??? if so, what should I expect??

Hi there

Good luck on your reclaiming.
I've heard this happens, but you do not have to correspond verbally if you don't want to, you can write/email to let them know you prefer to deal with these matters in writing only, and you expect them to respect that.

In my opinion, writing is better because you then take copies - in case you want to complain to the FOS, but its up to you of course, they must still deal with your reclaim either way.;)

Thank you. I think when they call I will tell them can we do this either in written or email communication. I not that good speaking with people unless I know exactly what I'm talking about.

Have you had any progress on this claim? I've just started mine.. I was a FT student right the way thru having the catalogue!

hi suzy 83 have just looked for your question on forum to see if you have had any luck. as catalogues are such big business im sure we are not alone in claiming our money back, sadly no stories on this forum to see how others have fared. idid notice one who had a result with littlewoods. good luck with yours i will check in another day to hopefully see you have been lucky.

I had a letter in december stating they couldn't locate an account and were asking for statements.. I do have 3, before I got round to sending them I rec'd 2 letters stating that further to the last letter they sent the investigation is ongoing and they will have an answer by 12th Feb!?

So it looks like they've found me after all!?
