PPI refund

Hi. Managed to get a PPI refund from citifinancial. :j The problem is they issued a cheque to be encashed in barclays but i dont have a bank account in barclays. Has anyone got an idea on how should i encash it?
Please help me. Thanks.

There's no such thing as a cheque that can only be cashed at Barclays ! I think you'll find it is a cheque issued from their bank account at Barclays and you can just go and pay it into your own bank account without any problems.Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............0
