Another thing that worries me is that the FOS stated Firstplus could withdraw their offer at any time.
In my case, I am worried the focus is being lost by the smoke and mirrors. Firstplus have mislead the consumer on all aspects of the PPI including the "Cashback". They never once explained on receiving the Cashback, the balance would be increased.
I cannot grasp how, excluding PPI, my original capital would not have been reduced after almost 6 years.
My suspicion is that they will delay as long as possible to reduce the final exposure in respect of Cashback.
