You don't to pay anything, and it's not a "penalty charge".What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

It's a fake fine, stop thinking these are real parking tickets!
But as it's a company car you MUST tell the Company Fleet Manager that these are scam tickets and not to pay them or take any debt collector threatogram letters they get about these 'tickets' seriously. The company are not liable and do not have to communicate with the scammers.
Include a link or printout of this article to explain to the Fleet Manager that these are NOT real parking tickets:
http://www.fleetnews.co.uk/news/2009/5/28/question-private-parking-fines-fleets-urged/30698/
Come back if your company gets twitchy but DO NOT let them pay as it's all a scam. Do NOT let the company try to tell you that 'all fines' are your responsibility - as these are not fines and are in fact none of the company's business, to be frank.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You only need to pay the landowner compensation for their losses incurred as a result of leaving your car overnight. A car park that is not needed because the shop is closed? After long and hard deliberation I make this loss a big fat zero.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

Ignore anything from the PPC. Instruct your company to hand all correspondance to you for you to sort out.
Then email the CEO of Lidl in the UK and tell him you won't be using his stores until he removes these scammers from his car parks - one of these addresses should work :
