reports that the EC is investigating the energy cos. In the paper edition the lady commisioner appears to be maling an unladylike two fingered gesture.:rotfl:

    Nearly all the criticism of excess profits on this forum is directed at the utility companies who supply us consumers. BG, Powergen, NPower etc. In fact most have made a loss.

    This report is squarely aimed at the culprits - namely the gas producers.

    However I can hardly see Russia being worried about EEC criticism.
