RBS/Natwest down

So most of today, RBS/Natwest have been down.....
earlier i couldnt log on at all, now it lets me put my telephone banking number, security, then it says its down.....
On the telephone ealrier it rang it said their was a fault and to hold, now it takes your banking number, then it tells you to call back later.....
Pure rubbish.
is this effecting card transactions???? dont wanna look a numpty if the card was declined!

online been fine all day for me but one of my cards did get declined but used a other natwest card and it was ok0

I'm trying to log in since about 3PM, never let me log in - at best, I'm getting this after all of the passwords has been entered:
"Message updated at 8:30am
We're sorry but we're experiencing a significant level of demand for the online banking service and as a result some customers will not be able to log on as usual.
We're working hard to resolve the situation and the service should be running as usual by 11:30am."
Update: just switched to 6PM (updated 5:30PM - though I definitely didn't see it before 5:50PM)Enjoy the silence...0 -
In branch systems down almost entirely from 3.30pm onwards.
Had to turn away my customer wishing to apply for a mortgage.0
