Hi i work full time 40 hrs as a trainee in a nursery as im a trainee i only get just over 400 a month pay, Since the end of july i have been signed of work with depression and anxiety and been given tablets but i seem to be getting worse, i also see a councoller every week but its all done on a computer so i dont actually see anybody just my doctor who keeps giving me sicknotes and telling me to go out more even though i cant physically leave my house without having massive panic attack, He gave me a sicknote till the middle of october and has told me to go back in october as he thinks i may need another one, My problem is as im only a trainee on a low income i only recive sick pay from work for 10 weeks and have been reciving just over a 100 from them which ends this month...Is there anyway i can possibly up my income until im fit to go back to work as i cant hysically survive on this amount, i get help with rent but i have other bills etc to pay out any advice or help you can give i will be truly greatful
Thankyou in advance

ESA is a benefit for people unable to work due to illness/disability. It starts with an assessment phase usually qualified for by 'sicknotes' from doctor... after about 3 months you get assessed for main phase of benefit and that usually includes a face to face medical ordered by the DWP.
