Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man aged 21 years or over, except employees of Western and Oriental Travel Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via this form and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope to Western & Oriental, Welby House, 96 Wilton Road, London, SW1V 1DW.
4. All entries must be received by midnight on 31 October 2011.
5. The winners will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the competition.
6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
7. One entrant will win a 3 night stay at Castel Monastero (room and breakfast basis) Tuscany, worth £1,500.
8. The prize does not include travel in the UK, travel insurance, food & drink, personal expenditure and incidental costs, other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. Flights and all other extras are not included.
9. The prize is valid from 1st October 2011 to 30th September 2012 excluding the following periods: New Years Eve 2011, and from 10th to 17th August 2012.
10. The prize is non-transferable and the reservation is subject to availability at the time of request. Seasonal closure dates will occur during the validity (from 11th-28th December 2011, from 8th to 29th March 2012 (to be confirmed).
11. Western & Oriental is responsible for the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the competition. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Castel Monastero.
