Pop-up window disappears after few seconds

Hi all, I need some help. I have the trading platform Multicharts open and they have a few icons with a pop-up text box that explains the strategy but when I hover or click on the icon the text box apears for a few seconds not long enough to read the 15-20 lines of text.
I asked the Multicharts live help but they think its a windows problem? Any ideas how to pin/lock the pop up in position so I can read at my leisure:-)
